Indoor Cultivation ProcessLaboratory Culture & Air Cultivation
The solution is added into Cryptomonadales culture and the bottle is placed onto a shaking machine. After one week of continuous culture shaking, more solution is added to proceed with air culture — carefully controlled to ensure optimal growth conditions.

Outdoor Cultivation ProcessPond Culture & Controlled Growth
The indoor cultured Cryptomonadales is moved into a small outdoor pond — also known as pond culture. The pH is maintained at 6.8–7.2 and appropriate nutrition is adjusted throughout. After 2 weeks, when the optical density (OD) of the solution reaches 10, it is transferred to progressively larger ponds.

Gathering ProcessHarvesting at Peak Concentration
When the optical density of the solution concentration reaches 10, the Cryptomonadales is gathered. This precise threshold ensures the algae is harvested at its peak nutritional density — the foundation of the product's potency.

Sterilization ProcessFiltration, Sterilization & Microscopic Testing
The impurities of Cryptomonadales are filtered and sterilized. The water and Cryptomonadales are then separated. The algae is washed with clean water 3–4 times before being tested for impurities under a microscope — ensuring only the purest material proceeds.

Drying ProcessSpray Drying into Pure Powder
The Cryptomonadales undergoes a drying process using a spray dryer — converting the living algae into a fine, nutrient-dense powder. This method preserves the bioactive compounds while removing moisture, preparing the material for its final form.

Tableting ProcessCompression, Quality Control & Packing
The powder is compressed to form tablets. Every batch must pass strict quality control standards before being packed — ensuring that every tablet that reaches the customer meets the same exacting standard as the last.
