Our Manufacturing Process

Take a sneak peak at our product’s world class manufacturing process. Throughout the process we ensure that the integrity of the nutritional profile and quality standards of product are maintained.

 

INDOOR CULTIVATION PROCESS

The solution is added into Cryptomonadales culture and the bottle is placed onto the shaking machine. After 1 week of continues culture shaking, more solution added into the bottle to proceed air culture.

The PH is maintained between PH 6.8-PH 7.2. The nutritional profile is also kept so that Cryptomonadales can grow efficiently. After 3 weeks of indoor culture, the Cryptomonadales is moved outside.

 

OUTDOOR CULTIVATION PROCESS

Outdoor culture is also known as Pond culture. Here, the indoor cultured Cryptomonadales is moved into a small pond. The PH (PH 6.8-PH 7.2) and appropriate nutrition is also maintained throughout this process.

 

 

After 2 weeks, the Cryptomonadales solution is moved into a bigger pond. The PH is maintained at PH 6.8-PH 7.2.

 

 

After 2 weeks, when OD of the solution concentration reaches 10, it is moved to a large pond. The PH (PH 6.8-PH 7.2) and nutrients is adjusted and tested.

 

 

GATHERING PROCESS

After 2 weeks, when OD of the solution concentration reaches 10, the Cryptomonadales is gathered.

 

 

STERILIZATION PROCESS

The impurities of Cryptomonadales are filtered and sterilized.
The water and Cryptomonadales is then separated.

 

 

The Cryptomonadales are then washed with clean water 3-4 times. It is then tested for impurities under a microscope.

 

DRYING PROCESS

The Cryptomonadales go through a drying process in which the Cryptomonadales is made into a powder using a spray dryer.

 

 

TABLETING PROCESS

The powder compressed to become a tablet. All tablets have to pass quality control standards before being packed.
