Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect the order once your items have been shipped.

Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address. Please check your address carefully when placing an order and ensure you choose the right location in the shipping address field. To remove an outdated or incorrect address from your account, please log in to your account and edit/update your address in 'View addresses'.

No one is available at the delivery address to receive the package. In most cases, the courier will leave an 'unable to deliver' note at the location, and it's up to you to follow up and arrange another delivery date.

Most of our couriers will attempt to deliver your package two times and may require a signature upon delivery. However, it is generally up to the courier's discretion to determine whether a signature is required.

If the courier cannot leave your package, the courier will try to call you to check your availability and attempt delivery. If the first round of delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will contact you using the given contact number to reschedule another delivery date.

If you have not received the package after two delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us. Please note that any additional shipping charges for attempted delivery and returning shipping charges will be borne by you.

We are unable to ship to any P.O. Box, military or protected areas. Shipping charges for failed attempted delivery to such restricted areas will be borne by you.

We accept delivery to the hotel. You will have to provide your room number and local contact information. Delivery will only be made to the Hotel Reception, and you are required to inform the reception of pending delivery. Once the order has been delivered to the reception, it will be considered delivered. We shall not be held responsible for any lost orders after the reception has accepted the goods.

There are restrictions, peak surcharges, and delays during the pandemic due to space limitations, flight constraints, and strict custom clearance. However, please note that it is the customers' responsibility to know their country's laws regarding what can and cannot be shipped to you.
